There are a couple of ways of correcting this issue.
1 is using a registry hack which is kinda tricky;
The 2nd is download and install TweakUI for XP. Once installed, go to Control Panel, click on TweakUI, go to X-Mouse and uncheck the options, OK; and
3rd is Control Panel, Mouse uncheck "Turn on ClickLock"

Good luck and kind regards.

Keyboard keys wont type. used on screen keyboard to type this. any suggestions?

You might have "sticky keys" so try this:
When sticky keys are enabled, users can access functions that require pressing multiple modifier keys such as "Ctrl," "Alt" and "Shift" at once by pressing one button at a time. If sticky keys are enabled, it is possible to accidentally turn them on at an unwanted time. After turning off the sticky keys, disable the feature to prevent them from accidentally turning on again.

    • Press the "Shift" button five times in a row to turn off sticky keys.

    • Open the "Start" menu and then click "Control Panel."

    • Click "Ease of Access Center" from within the Control Panel window.

    • Click "Make The Keyboard Easier To Use" from within the Ease of Access Center window.

    • Remove the check-mark beside "Turn On Sticky Keys" to prevent sticky keys from being accidentally turned on.

    • Click "Apply" to save your changes and then click "OK" to close the window.
Hope this helps. Good Luck!

My function keys would not work. The most pressing need now is how I could turn on or off my wireless connection

What is your laptop make? Try to install the keyboard drivers which are mostly laptop make specific. There should be the wireless connection software which will definitely has options of turning on and off.

If still unsuccessful get back on this post. I will investigate and provide exact solution.

My iphone is not turning on. It is jail broken the problem is whenever the iphone goes off i have to jailbreak it each time. Now also i have dome the samething but its not working. Its not turning on.

Try to reboot the iPod, just in case it has crashed
  1. Hold the top button and the home button for about ten seconds.
  2. A bug can stop the screen from displaying, sometimes you can reverse the problem by doing the reboot. If you still see nothing on the screen, try to plug the iPhone in to the computer and try the reboot method again.
If you are still unsuccessful in turning on the iPod, but the iPod shows up in iTunes, try restoring from iTunes to fix any bugs causing the issue
  1. Plug the iPod in to your PC, go into iTunes and click the iPod's icon on the left side of the screen.
  2. In the iPod Summary Screen, click on the restore button and agree to the prompt asking if you really want to restore the iPhone's software.
If you are still unsuccessful in turning on the iPod, but the iPod doesn't show up in iTunes, try putting the iPod into recovery mode
  1. You can put the iPod into recovery mode if it has a charged battery.
  2. Start by holding down the home button before connecting it to iTunes, then continue to hold the button until iTunes recognizes that the iPod's in recovery mode.
  3. Recovery mode allows you to perform a restore when you're when an iPod fails to turn on or display anything on the screen.

Turning key to start, only hear a clicking noise. Engine would not turn over. Horn was weak, but all other electrical components seemed to function.

Likely your battery. A battery can have enough voltage to operate lights and other functions but be too weak to crank the car.

Take it out and go to an auto parts store and have it load tested.

My 7319 makes a brief intermittent click-hum every minute or so, that sounds like a phone line is being opened up (without hearing a dial tone). I have tried unsuccessfully to make the sound go away....

Lol, it's not the sound we're trying to muffle, as stated I knew the solution might sound dumb but we're not trying to muffle the sound. One of two things is likely happening.

1. There's a light source causing the calibration sensor to think something is moving in front of it and messing with it's normal function causing the head to move back and forth to recalibrate every minute or so.

2. Mechanical failure of one of the motors or caridge sensors is causing it not to know where the head is positioned and it is constantly trying to get back to it's "parked" position but never getting the signal from the sensor saying it is there.

With this in mind, throw a dark coloured blanket over it and see if the noise stops, if it does you either need to close the blinds, move the affending lamp or reposition the printer so the light isn't hitting it at the front where the little blue light blink occasionally.

If this doesn't work, it's likely a sensor failure and you may be able to determine which one by opening your printer toolbox and checking the various diagnostic routines.

Hope this makes things a little more clear,

Touchpad does not work 100%

You can "tap" on touchpad as you do with left click,
otherwise it needs new touchpad assembly.
