I have Samsung SCX-4216 printer. Printing, Xerox & Fax working is OK, but scan facility is not working because i missed the original software. please give me a solution for get the original software or scan drivers.

Go online and search for: Printers Software with this printer name SCX-4216F download it, after downloading, plug the printer to your PC, you will be asked to Run the downloaded program,click Run and it will install automatically there your printer is ready for use, all you have to do is to test print
