Printing to magenta only,have performed head cleaning and allignment

Perform alligmenmt and head cleaning process

how to : right click on printer properties , then find a button that says allign or print head clean or something like that ...

If Printer heads health condition is not good, alignment wont completes..
Four individual cartridges & Two print heads, each print head prints two colors.. Black& Yellow, Cyan & Magenta.. Verify which color is not printing properly(Color missing Or white bands)..
Perform 2 or 3 times print head cleaning through printer menu..Try for alignment.. If success end.. if no, replace the print head which is not printing properly.. Before replacing the printer head ensure that cartridge ink should be above 30%...

Perform "clean print heads" in printer properties select printing preferences,service then click clean nozzles, perform twice or thrice then do the nozzle test, if print heads are recovered your will be in safe, other wise***Two print heads are in this printer each print head leads two colors, left print head leads black & yellow and other one leads cyan & magenta. You need to replace the print heads based on the color which missed.

Use the printer application to clean the cartridge and print all the test. If the test are wrong. You should change your cartridge. Maybe you have a bad store cartridge or expire one.

Try to perform a print head alignment.

Remove the magenta cartridge, and try cleaning the head with alcohol, maybe with a small paint brush or an acid brush. It sounds like ink has dried and plugged up that head.

1.Try placing sheet of Magenta print on copy board, and run many copies .  Run head clean after about each 50 sheets.

I think you need to perform a Head Cleaning, you should be able to do this from the HP toolbox or from The Printer maintainance wizard.

this should resolve the problems with your printouts but may require more than one pass to restore correct printing
