It happens when you turn off and turning on again your phone right? The internal battery that gives power to the clock is worn out or busted and must be replaced.

My date has to be reset every time I turn on my computer. How do I ensure the date and time is memorised thereby avoiding resetting. Thank you.

most of the cases the main reason behind the date time reset problem occurs due to weak CMOS battery on the motherboard. So, you just need to change your CMOS battery on your motherboard to resolve this problem.

Motorola q9c with alot of problems

I'm not sure what the problem is, but mine has done that before and I ended up having to exchange the phone, now this one is doing the same thing. They just keep telling me I'll have to exchange it. I've checked for software updates and it always says it's up to date. I'm not sure what it is, but sure wish they'd let me change phones altogether!!

Did you try to set the time and date again ? MMC # 55 sets the time and date in a 24 hour format even if you have a 12 hour display set. YY MM DD W HH MM must be set in this format.
W=Dayof week with 1=Monday, HH MM must be in 24 hour clock. Good Luck
