Both screens of my DS are blank! What happened?!

Both screens of my DS are blank and there are no sounds. but the charging light still works. Maybe it's something about the big crack on the casing at the hinge but is it really? I need answers! PLEASE!

Any liquid spills???

You've damaged the hinges and when that happens the cables are destroyed easily. Both of then need to be replaced.

Check L2 near the power switch on your DS mobo. That part usually get loosen or taken out when you drop your DS. And usually you can recover it when dismantling your DS.
