I have an Office Deli vending machine from Seaga. The can and bottle chutes all are saying an error code of 03 except for the bottle chutes saying 07. all the can chutes were working fine until I tried to put in a bottle that got stuck. Do I have to replace all motors now?!? Will it just run with a couple not plugged in?

SOURCE: snow thrower won't throw snow

the problem could be the snow is to heavy for the motor to keep up, if thats the case you may need to upgrade to a more powerful model or try not to overload it. take it a little slower so the motor can keep up. but try tightening the belt. with your pointer finger push down on the belt it should have about a half inch give, if it moves more than that its too loose and probably slipping under load

Office deli entire entree unit says "sold out"

Service Manual might help you?

https://discountvending.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/Office-Deli.pdf

It has a Sold Out switch.

Q. I've loaded my beverage product chutes and columns to capacity - why does my display say Sold Out? 1. In the can drink chutes, make sure the cans are loaded correctly and firmly pressed against the teeter totter mechanism to fully depress sold out switch. 2. In can drink columns, insure wiring to sold out switch is connected properly. 3. In can drink columns, remove teeter-totter mechanism and inspect sold out switch to insure that the lever is not bent. You may be able to slightly bend this back in place if necessary. 4. Run lane in tE mode to insure motor is being recognized. If the VMC looses recognition to a motor, it defaults to reading sold out. Perform a tE1 test to recapture the motor to the VMC. 5. In the vertical column, insure product is fully depressing the sold out lever. 6. In the vertical column, insure switch lever is resting properly against sold out flap in the lane. 7. Insure wiring is properly connected to sold out switch. If both vertical, and can drink lanes are all reading sold out, inspect main beverage harness for a break in orange wire

Seaga hy 900 problems vending soda. The problem column doesnn't vend, although the display says it did until I pay for three cans. Then it vends all three at once.

Dunno if you still need this answered but, I own a few of these and can relate. This model does not come with positive vend sensors. The issue your describing happens when the incorrect shim is used for a drink column. If your vending 3 drinks per row in a drink(D) column, it is recommended you use one of the middle columns as they are stock set to have 3 rotations per full 360 degree column rotation as the motor is setup that way. You can manually change the other columns to handle this and vend small cans but the far left and far right are default set to tall cans and bottles with 2 turns per full rotation so 2 drinks per row etc.

Dropping them all at the same time also typically indicates your using the wrong shims for that drink type. You should be able to find more info in the manual or order the correct shims from healthy you direct

FIRST, if this code comes back. Have a technician look at it DO NOT CONTINUE TO RESET the code!!!! AS this is for the Hot Part called the FUSER. It can catch on fire! And that will ruin a perfectly good day!!!!

The soft switch you want is 03 -1-0
with the code it will be 03-1-1
