If you haven't a program for downloading images together with a cable that attaches to the camera, then your only option is to buy a USB memory card reader.
Then remove the memory card from the camera and insert it into the USB memory card reader, then plug the cable from the memory card reader into the computer's USB port. The computer will see this as memory card device, then open the folders on the memory card and copy the image files to your computer.
I suggest you create a folder specifically to store your photos.

Ok...first u plug in your digital camera by using wire at your computer...then, windows will search for new devices(please make sure your camera is ON)..then u can see new partition available in 'my computer'...if i'm right, thename is based on your camera model or it just says removeable disk....then double click at that partition to see ur pictures....copy all of them by push "ctrl" and "A'' and "ctrl" and "C"....go to ur desktop screen, build new folder and then push "ctrl" and "V" after u double click ur new folder......that's all.... ; )

It all depends, first you would plug the camera into the computer with the usb cable that should have come with the camera. This is where things start to differ. Some cameras are recognized and installed automatically when they're plugged in so you would just run through the wizard that pops up and then the camera would appear in the Control Panel under Printers and Other Hardware and then under Scanners and Cameras. Sometimes it will also show up in my computer at the bottom. That's the easy way. If that doesn't work for your camera then you'll likely have to install the software that came on a cd with your camera and use that to get the pictures off. That's a bit harder.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!
