Two suggestions, go to YouTube and search for 1994 Honda Civic EX timing belt replacement. That car should be the fifth generation of Honda Civic and that generation is from years 1991-1995. Any of those years with same motor in description should be an accurate guide. Check a parts store website and see what years the belt replaces and if it covers a wider range of years, then any matching those should also work. Second thing, visit your parts store where you would buy the replacement belt and get a Haynes service manual as this will prove very helpful for most any project you wish to tackle on this vehicle or friends.

Have a compression test done as it may be a head gasket and not cracked. Anyway the cheapest and most reliable procedure here is to have the job done professionally by a shop that specialises in Honda, Get a service exchange head is the answer and you should be back on the road in a day.
