Question about Canon Cameras

I understand that your computer does not recognize your camera. Here are the thing you can do to solve or isolate the problem.
- Try to use a different USB port on your computer. If it still doesn't work, try to connect other devices to your computer's usb ports. If other devices work, its possible that the problem is not with your computer, its with the camera.
- Try to update your motherboard drivers. Motherboard drivers has the usb port drivers. Its possible that the drivers for your usb ports have been corrupted.
- Try to connect your camera to another computer. If the other computer detects your camera then your camera probably has a port problem. Have it checked by cannon.
