The problem seems to be with your Drive. Just try and remove it out from your machine and then open it up.
If it is still under warranty i suggest you take it to them for a new one, or you can aswell try the paper clip trick but now instead get a longer thin metal pin type of object that will get in more.
Then try and remove the CD out with a supporting Screwdriver incase you need to pull it out.
