Low flame when all four burners are on

We have a full tank of propane and when we turn the burners on the flame is very low. What might be the cause?

There is nothing wrong with your grill. This is a common problem caused by turning off the tank before turning off your bbq. This bleeds the gas line to the regulator. The regulator senses it to be a leak & shuts down.
To Fix make sure all knobs on the grill & the tank are turned off. Unscrew the regulator from the take for 60 sec then reconnect. This will release the pressure in the regulator & it will reset.
You should be good to go

This sounds like one of two things - either the gas regulator (the big bulky thing between the tank and the BBQ that is usually round) is faulty, in which case it needs to be replaced, OR (and a much cheaper fix) the air intakes on the grill itself are clogged.  Get underneath the grill, and look where the gas lines connect.  There should be some sort of mesh material where the lines connect to the different burners - make sure those are really clean, as the burners depend on a precise mix of gas and air.
Good luck!

I just fixed the same issues minutes ago. In my case one of the gas lines was loose. Check all the gas line connections with a wrench and make sure they are all tight.

Low flame - even at full power. Help! Propane tank is full.

there is a high flow check valve in the regulator designed to prevent large amounts of propane from escaping. sometimes this gets activated by turning it on with the burner valves open. 1. turn tank valve off 2. open burners .3. close burners after 10 secs. 4open tank valve slowly.

I'm aving a low flame issue. I replaced the burneres and heat shields a couple of months ago, worked great for a while, but now the flame on all 4 burners is low. When the heat is turned down to half...

If you're turning off your propane tank after each use (which is fine), you will need to turn it back on very, very slowly. The new OPD valves that are now required on all portable propane tanks, will lock up the regulator if it's turned on to fast. Also, check all the pilot orifices for clogs. And finally, be sure you have enough gas in the tank.

Flame is low when turned on highest setting

There are a few causes for that.

1. You are low on propane.
2. Your propane tank is overfilled, and the overfill protection device is restricting gas flow.
3. You have turned off your grill using the propane tank instead of the control valves on the grill. This may also cause the overfill protection device to engage. You can reset this by turning off your control valves on the grill, turn off the propane tank, unscrew the hose from the propane tank, then put the hose back on securely, turn on the propane tank and turn on the control valves.
4. Your burners are very rusty and may be clogged. Clean or replace the burners.

Low flow of gas to 1st burner, if second burner is turned on flame goes out. bottle full

First disconnect tank. Hook back up and open very slowly. These new valves on tanks have a shut down if you open valve to fast, causing tank valve to think it is leaking, it slows down flow of propane. Always open tank valve slow when turning on grill. If this does not solve problem then regulator is going bad and need to be replaced.

The flame coming out of the burner bars is small

May likely be low on propane or propane tank gate valve not opened far enough. Otherwise sounds like faulty regulator.

Genesis s310 stainless grill. Does not fully light.

Regulator is not bad, as I stated before new valves are designed to reduce gas flow if valve is opened to fast. This is so if grill catches on fire, the tank will shut itself off, thus propane will stop flowing causing fire to extinguish itself.
