Hi, did your mac fall or did water fall in it? If no then you can try to reset the mac's PMU: take out your battery for more than 10 seconds, hit the power button for 10 seconds, replug the battery. You can also use an external mouse (USB) to do software tests.

I have a emac powerpc G4 i cant find how to open cd player no eject button

If you hold down the mouse button, and then turn on the eMac, the drive will pop out, and you can put in a CD. Also, you can hold the F12 button to eject. Even if there isn't a dedicated Eject key on the keyboard, you can eject this way.

If you have a know-good battery from a good supplier.

How do you eject a cd from a mac powerbook g4 . How do you download a game?

Use the mouse to click "down" on the icon for the CD, and then "drag" that icon to the Trash bin, and the CD will eject.

Browse to the game's web-site, and click to download the game to your computer.

Burned a CD and it will not eject. The CD is in my 17" PowerBook G4, but does not populate on my desktop. It's as if the computer does not recognize the CD at all.

If you restart your Mac, holding down the mouse button while it is starting, will eject any cd or dvd. Once the disc ejects just release the mouse button and the computer continues it's startup procedure.

Tmp plug in a two button mouse, go to preferences to check settings, remove any DVD or CD.
