Won't pump in water

It is possible that the machine does not start off the cycle because there are errors due to feedback from the inputs. For the program to start up the main program controller must initiate the INLET/MOTOR/DRAIN pump/ valve to open up and allow each function to be driven starting from the flow of water into the drum as also the drain valve to open to exit the water at the point of the program cycle. If this does not happen then the voltage at the valve/motor/pump must be checked or the fault relates to no voltage from the controller. This means the controller is a suspect.

If the water flows though the inlet then the flow pressure should be good, if not the inlet valve is bad or there is dirt in the filter. Also check the flow at the inlet of the water line. Once the water comes into the system the WATER LEVEL SENSOR - normally a pressure switch- must activate at the preset/chosen level to give the signal to the program controller to switch on the motor. What is most important for the motor to start functioning is that the door switch must be ON when the door is shut or this will be an error for starting the motor for rinse and wash.

Finally after the wash the drain valve will be activated, the water is allowed to come in to rinse and then finally the dry spin with the drain valve/pump activated so as to drain off all the water from the clothes during the spin.

Well if it won't rinse it won't pump out wither right? The pump is mounted on the motor. The motor won't pump or spin if the lid is open. I would check the lid switch

When this pump is going counterclockwise the water stays put. The machine agitates.
When time for rinse the motor goes opposite direction. If the lid is open the washer will not spin or pump out. I suspect you must have a lidswitch issue. Here is a video which shows how to check it without guessing

As the float reaches a certain threshold level, it shuts off the flow of water, thereby preventing a leak. Sometimes the float can get stuck in the wrong position in your dishwasher, and it can prevent your dishwasher from filling. Sometimes it can happen due to float valve and on other occasions due to float switch. Inspect the water hose coming to the dishwasher for any blockages. If the hose is not clogged then check the water inlet valve for any clogs, if the water will not even fill for few seconds then certainly the water inlet valve is bad and should be replaced. You can also use a multimeter to check continuity on inlet valve. If you don't get any value on the multimeter then you'll need to replace the water inlet valve assembly. However, if the valve is fine then the float switch assembly should be replaced. Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more information.

Error code FH appears when No water is detected entering machine or Pressure switch trip is not detected. If after 30 seconds the control does not detect water entering machine and then valves will be turned off and the error code will be displayed. Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display. If there is no water entering the unit then make sure that the inlet valves are working fine. You may need to check the continuity at the inlet valves. If the valves are fine then check whether inlet water hoses as they might be plugged. Also check for inlet water screen at the valve. However, if the water is entering into the washer then the Drain pump might not be working. Also inspect the Pressure Switch hose whether it is in good condition and properly connected to Tub and Pressure switch. Also check hoses for leak and inspect the flow meter. Hope this helps...

First of all you mustt drain the water that is trapped within the drum. So remove the drain pump/ valve and allow the water to flow out - make sure that you have an arrangement to collect water when the drain Hose is removed.
Now the drain pump/valve must be checked clean if there is dirt clogging. Also test the valve for proper functioning. Also check the inlet valve and filter which is on line with the water inlet which can be traced easily. Check the motor, drive , door switch and finally the control board. If after switching on there is no action , inlet filling or spining when water is full, the program controller must be faulty.

Check the water inlet valve. Remove those supply hoses again and check the small screens inside the water inlets on the valve. Make sure the screens are clean of rust and debris. Next, check the solenoids with a multimeter or ohmmeter. Test for continuity. A lack of continuity indicates a faulty solenoid and the water inlet valve assy will have to be replaced.
