how do u put on a serpentine belt on my 1995 pontia c sunfire

You should have a Diagram on the Radiator cowling.  Thread the Belt as posted in diagram.  Leave the belt on all pulleys but the Altenator Pulley.  Use a wrench on the Tensioner to give your Belt anough slack to roll it onto the Altenator pulley.  Your Done.  Your Jack kit in the trunk may have a tool for wrenching the Tensioner Pulley.
