Question about Cell Phones
I went to Saigon, Vietnam and bought a brand new Samsung Impact SGH- B520. I was able to use the sim I bought there. Now back to the United States and I put my sim card in it. It said cant find network. I have a T-mobile plan. So how do I get it to work here.
Unfortunatley this phone will not work in the States. It works off the 2G system of GSM 900 / 1800 where the system in the US is a 850MHz/1900-MHz GSM. As the frequencies transmitted by the mobile do not match the frequencies recognised by the mobile masts it will never work and will only be good in Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
