Question about Lexmark X3550 ALL-IN-ONE InkJet Printer
I have a Lexmark X3550 printer. I originally used it connected directly to my desktop computer. I recently purchased an Acer Extensa 4420 laptop and I installed a Lexmark wireless print server in the printer. When I first loaded the printer driver on the laptop and set it up to print, it worked just fine. For some reason, I can no longer print wirelessly using my laptop, but it works just fine using the desktop. The desktop prints to the printer wirelessly through my router. Is there some setting on the laptop that is preventing me from printing wirelessly?
This is probably the Software Firewall on your laptop
you should probably tell your firewall software that you have an internal network (Laptop-desktop-printer) you should add the IP range of the wireless network as a trusted network.
