Question about Computers & Internet
I was always able to use the F11 key to get a full screen then I had some problems and my Verizon technical service fixed the problem but I don't know what they did and now when I use the F11 key, the screen gets a little larger but it is not a full screen.
Can you place your mouse on an open area of the screen you would like to enlarge, right click the mouse and see if Lock toolbars has a check mark next to it...If it does, remove the check mark. Then go to View and click on Full Screen...Hopefully that will enlarge the screen.
If it does, click on the F11 button and see if it then shrinks the screen and click on F11 again to see if it enlarges it...Providing it does both, your problem could now be resolved...Either way, post back here and let us know.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
