Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

When trying to play disc get message disc not recognised

It would be helpful if you had stated the type of disc you will be trying to load.there are several formats that can be used when writing a disc, thats why its important to check the types of disc formats your player can play before purchasing a player...otherwise you are trying to load a disc with a format that your player dosent support

Disc error message when load DVD

Are you loading to play or to record?
Commercial DVDs should play.
DVDs for recording may not be recognized by your drive. First make sure that the disc is blank. You must insert a blank disc of the proper format: DVD-R or RW, DVD+R or RW. Even with the proper format, some brands may not behave the same way as other brands.

Format Disc Error

Try a new preformatted disc, if this wont boot, your drive is stuffed, you may be able to format this disc in the camera but then it wont load in your computer, so its not much good, cost of repair will exceed cam value. dump it
