Can it run from any of the computers? Also, is it a network printer?

So, it's the Lexmark C-520n, yes? If so, go ahead and print out the current configuration from the printer using the menu. In there, you should see an IP addess and subnet mask, as well as a default gateway. Post those here. We're going to need to try and determine where the issue is happening, and this will help us.

Try power cycling the router.
Disconnect the router from all computers. Power off the router. Power on the router. Reconnect the router to all computers. Check the Internet connectivity.

I can't access manually my wbr-2310 (modem router dsl-500b)

you need to configure the wireless on the router through a cable connection at first. after logging in on the router (default admin login and password should be mentioned in the router's manual) you can enable the wireless and the DHCP. to access the router, open an internet browser window and surf to the address http://192.168.0.1, where you will be asked to fill in the admin password.
please keep us posted on any evolution

I have a D Link WBR 2310 router. I had it set up for wireless network on my home laptop. It was always configured for immediate access (no pwd required), secured with wpa. I try to connect with my work...

did you reset to factory defaults or just unplug the router?  If you hit the reset button, you'll have to go in and set everything back up.   Have you tried to connect via webbrowser connected to the router from your home computer?  go to 192.168.0.1 and see if you can connect to the router to see what's going on.

You will have to add a print server to your printer. The best one for your router and printer would be the D-Link RangeBooster G™ Multifunction Print Server (DPR-1260)
