Question about Cameras
Your best bet would be to unistall the camera and reinstall it.
ONLY DO THIS IF YOU HAVE THE SOFTWARE TO REINSTALL the camera or it is a plug and play
right click on my computer go to the hardware tab, then device manager.
your camera should be under storage volumes or imaging devices.
LOCATE it click on it and choose unistall. It will unistall the camera. Reboot and then re-install your camera from the disc that came with it.
And then it should work.
