When i have to AC on after a little while it leaks water, I have to have a trashcan underneath of the AC inorder to catch the water. I tried turning up the temp. to see if it is was stoo cold. When my dad and I took it a part a little there was A LOT of water that we tried to clean up.. how can i fix it? or do I need a professional?

The drain line is clogged. You will have to remove it again, open it up and access the drain line and clean it out.
It will be on the right or left corner of the evaporator coil(inside coil).
You will probably have to take it outside and use a garden hose the spray water into the drain until it runs freely.
When you reinstall it tilt it 1/2 inch to the rear.

Leaking drain tube ac

Is it leaking inside your car? This means that your exit drain pipe is blocked. They are in the engine bay usually near the fire wall and they are commonly a thin rubber hose that drips that water onto the ground. look up underneath and use an air compressor to blow it out or a screw driver to clean it out.

It sounds like their is water in the blades and its not cooling my room

Tip the AC slightly downward on the outside so that the water can drip outside. If should be a hole for the water to drip away, make sure it's not blocked. Close your windows and doors. As long as cool air is coming out of the AC, it's working.

9 times out of 10, thats from a leak in the heater core. Thats the little radiator type thing that the air blows thru to heat your car. It runs antifreeze thru it. Its connected to the coolant system and heats up with your car. Normally can see the two pipes running thru you the wall from under the hood to the inside bhind dash. It can be located on the passenger side or the middle console. Can you see that little green arrow?tayjoejoe_1.jpg

I have water collecting on the bottome of my side by side refrigerator on the frigerator sided un the crisper.

Hello and Welcome to FixYa!
Actually the leaking water is from the evaporator coil unit....(it is located at the back wall or underneath the freezer compartment). Under normal conditions,Self-defrost refrigerators usually dispose the water generated during the defrost cycle through a tube or channel that directs the water a pan (Known as Drip pan), commonly below the refrigerator unit....
The channel or tube is clogged and the water is leaking to the refrigerator/freezer unit, so you need to clear that blockage/contamination....Once the blockage is removed, the generated water will move through that channel/tube directly to the drip pan and there will no water on the floor in the refrigerator/freezer compartment. This is all you need to do....

Do not try to drill any holes but search for the built in drain and open it. Again do not use a drill. Get a shop vac.
