Question about Bose Lifestyle 38 DVD Home Entertainment System System
Scientific American Explorer 8300 HDC Cable box DVR has been connected to our Bose Lifestyle Home Entertainment System with VS-2 enhancer. The Bose remote has been programmed to handle all the components of the system. For the cable box, we can use the Bose remote to get basic TV viewing. But we cannot figure out which button(s) on the Bose remote will allow us to select the button that says "yes" we want to delete or cancel something. The cable box remote gives us three possible buttons to select (one of which is delete) but the Bose remote will not give us access to them. Is there a button on the Bose remote that will delete a request to record a program or a program that has been recorded that we no longer want?
Try 'Enter' if you haven't already. A yes/no question on a cable box is usually a toggle, so select yes and press Enter. If that doesn't work, try a different code from the system menu. (Press 'System' and go to 'remote control.')
