To state the obvious, i think you should obviously take the battery out and wait for a little while. after plugging it back, maybe charge the phone for a couple hours to see if it just needs a good full charge. if that does not work, maybe you might have to reset the phone to default factory settings, which you can find in the options menu or settings, depending on your phone. if that does not work, you should contact either the store you got it from for the in-store warranty, which should at the least be within a month, or else contact the phone manufacturer or your service provider and inform them that you might have a defective battery and would want a replacement batt. they should provide one free of charge, most of the times. good luck!!

Hi, I have a problem with my battrey phone, the battrey does not last takes about one day or two days. Sony Ericsson Experia X10 kind regards, Lungile Mbuyeleni

Ifthe cell phone battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be wornout. Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cyclesand will lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% andgradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up atall. ORThe battery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected thebattery drops off to zero capacity in a very short time. Ifthe battery drops to an unacceptable charge level then the battery needs to bereplaced.

My se C905 worked fine til today, I ended my call then it switched off by itself now it won't charge and it says you must use a sony ericsson battery, how can this be solved? Please help

Did u notice the battery was dying earlier then normal time since last few weeks/months?This can happen when the battery cells give up. Pls do not try to charge/overcharge this battery. Replace the battery and it will be back to normal.
Hope this helps.

we will approach the problem this way
1) your battery might be the culprit , first charge your battery in a different piece, and then replace ans see.
2) if the above doesnt solve the problem clean the connectors of the battery that shiny golden part of both your battery and mobile piece , with nail p[olish remover or alcohol.
3) last resort now will have to open the piece and check for the on/off switch .
4)lastly software reflashing, but if the piece aint detecting, need to clean the datacable connectors with nail polish remover or alcohol.

the above should bring your pice to life.
