Question about Logitech 9311570403 Mouse
I had to unplug everything on my computer and then reconnect. everything but my mouse works. its a regular mouse with scrolling wheel, and connects with a usb port. i've tried restarting the computer, and putting it in every usb port on my modem. the light comes on when i plug it in, but the pointer doesn't respond.
Dear, as i can understand, your mouse is connected properly but the problem is in sending signals to the computer to responed the actions of mouse. There may two reasons.
1. There may some kind of problem in the mouse, thats why, it is not sending the proper signals to the computer.
2. There may be a worm or virus that is causing disturbance with the mouse driver.
You need to check another mouse with your system or this mouse with another system to make sure about the real problem. If the mouse is workind proerly on the other computer then need to fix you computer by installing the driver again or by scanning your computer for worms and viruses using anti virus or need to install the operating system again.
