How to reset c3803 problem, bizhub 750 model - Konica Minolta bizhub 750

Sir/Mam, turn off the main power switch, ensure the sub power switch is on. The sub power switch is located on the right side of the control panel. Then holding down the Utility/Counter button turn the main power switch on. Close the front door you must keep the Utility button down. The screen will show TROUBLE RESET touch it see a "OK" then power off the machine. YOU MUST WAIT TEN SECONDS BEFORE POWERING UP AGAIN!!!!!! If the problem goes away OK. If the code comes back you need a fusing unit. Which will be expensive!!! Sorry :( DO NOT KEEP TRYING TO RESET THE MACHINE THE MACHINE IS TELLING YOU THERE IS A PROBLEM!!!!! A Fire could occur and that would ruin a perfectly good day!!!!

Which password the admin or the individual passwords Default admin 12345678 or 00000000

1. Turn ON the main power switch (SW1).
2. With the Utility/Counter button pressed, turn ON the power switch (SW2).
3. Press [Trouble reset] to release a trouble with [OK] displayed.
4. Turn OFF and ON the power switch (SW2).

Now hold down Utility/Counter button and turn on main power close cabinet then wait for trouble reset Touch it get OK then power off WAIT TEN SECONDS then power up IF IT COMES BACK DO NOT RESET IT. IT IS BROKE AND MACHINE IS TELLING YOU THAT. THIS CODE deal with the FUSER (Hot part) Can catch fire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sir/mam Power off the machine including the one inside the machine. Now with the machine completely off turn on the sub power switch that's one near the control panel, now hold down the Utility/Counter switch and turn on the main power switch then close door keep you finger on the counter button when the screen shows trouble reset touch it goes to OK then power off wait ten seconds before power on. If it comes back get a tech to look at it do not reset because you are dealing with fuser the hot part could catch on fire and that would ruin a perfectly good day.

You have a problem with the fusing unit. This is the assembly that gets hot and "fuses" the toner onto your paper. This error code means that the fusing unit did not warm up properly. You will need to have a service company come out to diagnose and repair the problem then reset this code as service mode entry is required in order to reset. It could be as simple as cleaning the thermistor, replacing the thermistor, thermal fuse etc. I would estimate the cost at around $200.00.
Here is the section from the service manual that deals with this code:
Thermistor /1 (TH1) detects a low
temperature when a specified
period of time elapses after the
fusing heater lamp is turned ON
for the fusing ON control.
