Question about Linksys WRT160N Wireless Router
I needed to reset our router to change the wireless password for connection. Now I can't get the internet to go through the router to either the desktop or the laptop via wireless. When the internet cable is connected directly to the desktop, it still works fine, but once the internet cable is connected to the router and the ethernet cable between the router and desktop, I can't get any, I guess, flow. Any help you could provide would really help me get out of the doghouse!!
With ethernet connected
type cmd then ok
take note of gateway address
type this into a web browser
it will ask for username password try these:
by blank I mean enter nothing
When you login to the modem click on the wireless settings and record the wpa/wep key this is what you need to login through wireless.
