If you look at the manual they have linked on here it does have a number. Here it is try this. (800)872-1656 24 hours a day 365 days a year. I don't know if it works but I am going to give it a try.
I need a manual for my bread machine Model ABM3500 the 800 number is not in service from my area. or can you tell me how to make a 1 lb light bread. our machine just beeps when you try to program it in by reading the buttons. why don't they have a number to get customer service?
