Question about Kodak EASYSHARE M1063 Digital Camera

A blank box pops up when i plug camera n usb cord to computer usually a list of programs pop up but now nothing pops up

I have a kodak camera and usually when i plug my usb cord the kodak program pops up with my pictures but now it says my camera isnt plugged when it is a blank screen pops up when usually i was able to choose wut program i wanted my pictures uploaded on.

When I connect the USB cord from my Kodak camera to the pc and i press the power button on the camera a window pops up that says "Microsoft Document Scanning does not support this type of device"...

When you plug-in the camera into the USB port, what is the message?
Do you see any pop-up on the lower right hand side of the screen?

Usually the pop-up is "Device is ready to use" or USB device unrecognized if the USB is not recognized
try the camera to other USB port

It could be (Cable, USB Port, or a driver problem)
try reinstalling the drivers & then use a high speed port (do not use USB hub or the USB's in the front side of your desktop), after connecting the camera, turn it on (make sure you have a fully charged battery
