Question about Samsung Refrigerators
The temp is showing 64 an its been over 10hrs.
Hard to say without actually testing components - but I can give you an idea of what to look for.
Coils freeze up with consistant and continual use.
Freezer door not fully closed.
Freezer door seal dirty or not sealing properly.
Freezer door switch faulty.
Finally - a faulty defrost timer - the coils shouls be shutting off for a predetrmined amount of time for the compressor to cool down, and the coils to heat up (thaw).
If your skillset allows - CLICK HERE for a direct link to the diagrams for your fridge to order parts.
Otherwise a service call may be in order if your freezer does not defrost properly.
Your fridge is quickly becoming un-supported.... meaning parts are discontinued by the manufacturer due to age.
Think seriously about replacing it rather than spending major dollars to maintain it.
If you need further help locating the components listed above - please use the "continue with this expert" option so we are connected in the future.

The cold is made in the freezer and the freezer fan blows the cold air into the refer compartment. If the ice cream is hard that means compressor and freezer is working fine. The freezer control is mearly a door that determines how much cold air enters the refer compartment. Try adjusting the freezer control to a lower setting which will open the door more to the refer section. You can feel the cool air entering the refer section at the top and in the back of refer compartment, look for a vent. Turn freezer control up and down and you should be able to feel a difference in air flow. The freezer fan needs to be running to be able to perform this procedure. If turning the freezer control down to a less cold position doesn't make it colder in refer after a day or two you may have a defrost problem developing. Also check to make sure the light shuts off when door is shut, the light will keep it warm in refer.
