Question about Dell Inspiron 6400 Notebook
Hi, I can connect to the internet wirelessly without problems, but the ethernet cable is not working. I had to reinstall the operating system recently so its been a case of adding all the drivers again. Basically Virgin Media are trying to assess my broadband speed but need me connected via ethernet in order to do so. Any ideas what could be wrong and how to resolve? thanks in advance! Dan.
