Question about HP DeskJet D2560 InkJet Printer
I'm having a problem with the printout of my printer hpdeskjet D2560 the cartridge are all ok (Red, Blue and Yellow) but when i try to print the color blue the output would become purple and when i try to print red and output would be green.... can anybody help me... i just bought my printer and been using it for 5 days.... i try to check the cartridge if the color mix up but when i try it in a tissue paper the color output is Red Yellow and Blue
This sounds like a board level issue and will need the manufacturer to get nvolved. I would contact the place you purchased it from and tell them it is not funcitoning as per specifications. They will either refund you , swap it over or send it off to for repairs. Check your warranty details as most of these types of printers have replacement warranties.
All the best!
