Vista sp2 download website, apart from microsoft website.

This is a problem with Microsoft update.

You need to reinstall Microsoft update files for vista from the website.

Make sure that your system is running Service Pack 1 before you install Service Pack 2.

(Service Pack 3)."

• First make sure that you have [SP1 and SP2] already installed in your Computer?
• To {check} which "Service Pack" you have already?
• If not?
• Then you must "Download SP1 and SP2 first!"

Yes, it is made for xp and any newer OS.

Just make sure you have all your updates for vista. Remember vista
is up to SP2, Right click on my computer, and pick properties.
at the top it will say vista, vista sp1, vista sp2.

Hello !

Before you try to install Office 97 (should work), uninstall any other MS Office software.

My other advice is to run Vista SP1 and not upgrade to Vista SP2.

The SP2 download through Windows Update is very touchy. I cant even think about dowloading it. I have installed it twice already. No less than a day after I do, my harddrive freezes. I reformat/reinstall and have not had any problems at all NOT running SP2 for the past month.

1st u say what type of motherboard u use......
open ur xpsp2 then install sound driver
setup ....then cancel then wait ...restart
