-   Three weeks ago I replaced both convergence amps in my Hitachi 46F500 because the green would not converge. Everything worked fine until yesterday. Now the picture is too red. Even the black screen when there is no video input is red. Any advice on how to fix this??-   jgro

-   When I try to set the convergence for the colour red I get no response.(Cherries are black) I do not see any red base line. In my opinion I have no red. Gary Brown-   Guest

-   I have already tried both magic focus and manual. I can get all the blue lines in sync and some of the red lines. All horizontal lines are white..it is only the vertical red lines that are frozen out of sync. How difficult is replacing the convergence cables? Can someone with simple soldering experience handle the job. Are there electronic tests that have to be run following the repair?-   xdex
