First u will have to install adb android drivers or download and extract asp flash tools after then extract the ROM of the device you want to remove the privacy protection password.after launch Sp flash tools
Click on scatter loader and navigate to the folder which you extracted the ROM then select the android scatter files and click on scatter loader and also click on format tab but make sure only auto format flash and format the whole flash except boot loader is ticked.
after all that done click on start icon and remove the battery of the phone and connect device to the computer hold the volume button down or up while connecting the USB for easy detection of the device
the tick green circle shows format complete now click on download tab and also click on the green download icon and connect your device to the computer again and wait for detection

5E= WATER DRAIN ERROR


5E is displayed if the water level frequency detected is 25 KHz or less in the initial phase of the UNB -detecting cycle. The Water Drain error can be cleared by turning POWER SW OFF and back ON.

Try taking a screw, a drywall screw is best to use. Twist it into your ink blocks and back them out of the loader. See if the bottom piece is stuck just slightly above the ink melter. Just push it down to the bottom of the ink loader then reload your sticks.
If you can, remove all the ink and take a pencil and slide it down the loader, you will see a little , best way I can describe it is a tab that detects the ink, push it in and out with the pencil, Eraser end, a couple of times and reload the ink, If neither of those trys resolves the problem, you will have to replace the ink loader, but I seriously doubt it is bad, just something stuck.

I Charged the battery up using another motorola phone,and then I did a software upgrade, and this has fixed the problem.The phone is working great now,all photos or videos were saved.
What i think caused this error is that the phone was doing an upgrade and then I got a message at the same time,I think these clashed some how and prevented the upgrade from completing,hense causing an error on the boot loader.

To resolve this problem, you need to complete the steps:
Reload the BlackBerry Device Software by following these steps:

1. Install the BlackBerry Device Software on your computer.
2. Connect the BlackBerry device to the computer.
3. Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
4. Complete one of the following:
5. 1. If the Application Updates Available window appears, click Update Now. The Application Loader wizard appears.
   2. If the Application Updates Available window does not appear, double-click Application Loader. The Application Loader wizard appears.
6. Click Next.
7. If prompted, enter your BlackBerry device password and click Next.
   
   When the Application Loader wizard is finished examining the configuration on the BlackBerry device, the Device Application Selection screen appears listing the applications available for installation.
8. Select the check boxes next to the applications you want to load. Check boxes that are already selected represent applications that already exist on the BlackBerry device. If you clear those check boxes, the applications will be removed from the BlackBerry device.
9. Click Next.
10. If the On the Device Backup screen appears, choose whether or not to automatically back up the BlackBerry device.
11. Click Next.
12. Click Finish to begin loading the BlackBerry Device Software.
13. Click Close when the software is finished loading.

Inspite of this if you find the same error, you need to follow the steps:

1. Remove the battery from the BlackBerry device.
2. If a media card is inserted in the BlackBerry device, remove it.
3. Connect the BlackBerry device to your computer using the USB cable.
4. Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager and click Option > Connection Settings.
5. In the Connection Settings window, click Detect. Make sure the BlackBerry device is detected.
6. Close the Connection Settings window.
7. In BlackBerry Desktop Manager, double-click Application Loader.
8. In the Application Loader wizard, click Next to start the loading process. The Device Application Selection screen appears displaying the applications available to load onto your BlackBerry device.
9. Select the check boxes next to the applications you want to load. Check boxes that are already selected represent applications that already exist on the BlackBerry device. If you clear those check boxes, the applications will be removed from the BlackBerry device.
10. Click Next. The Completing the Application Loader Wizard appears listing the applications to be installed and removed from the BlackBerry device.
11. Click Advanced.
12. Select the Erase all application data check box, and then click Next.
13. Select the check box beside Do not automatically backup the application data during the loading process. This check box is selected because the data on the BlackBerry device may be corrupt.
14. Reinsert the battery into the BlackBerry device.
15. On the Application Loader wizard, click Next to proceed with the loading process.

17. Reinsert the media card if one was removed earlier.

4. Click Start under the Update Software heading
5. The Device Password dialog will display. If the BlackBerry smartphone has a password enabled, enter the password. If the BlackBerry smartphone does not have a password, leave this field empty.
6. Click OK.
7. If prompted with a list of Available Updates, choose the latest software version by selecting the corresponding check box and then click Next.
8. Click the Settings button under the Device backup and restore options.
9. Make sure that the Back up device data automatically during the installation process check box is not selected.
10. Make sure that the Delete all application data and Erase all currently installed applications check boxes are both selected.
11. Click OK on the Settings dialog.
12. Insert the battery into the back of the BlackBerry smartphone.
13. In the Application Loader wizard, click Next to proceed with the loading process.
14. When the process is complete, the Application Loader wizard will display the following message: The loading operation was successful.
15. Insert the memory card, if applicable.
16. Close the Application Loader wizard.
