Question about Washing Machines
If it also doesn't spin , you probably have a bad coupler. This located between the motor and the transmission. If it still spins you probably need to replace the agitator dogs. These are located in the top of the agitator. If you can turn the top of the agitator freely in both directions, the dogs are worn out.
