I cant connect my leappad2 explorer as a nonadministrator

Leap pad2 does not have Wi-fi.

It can only be connected to another computer with mini usb.

You must be thinking of someone else, because the Leappad2 problem was not solved and you stopped responding to my questions. My granddaughter's Leappad2 is a year old and there is no video, audio yes, but no video. It seems a shame because she has several programs to use, but not when there is no video.

What parental settings are you looking to change? Try connecting your device to your computer and download updates for your leap pad. There may be a portion of your default drivers that was not originally downloaded properly. It must be able to connect to Wi Fi and you must have Wi Fi in your home.If you have both you can use the setting and set everthing up. make sure you have your Wi Fi Ky code

Unfortunately, we don't know your code either. You should contact the manufacturer, their phone number should be in your paperwork that came with the tablet. If you don't have the papers, go online and google "leapfrog leappad2 explorer" and you'll find some links. Amazon sells those too, you could also ask Amazon how to contact the manufacturers customer service. Good luck.

hi I have the same problem with updating my sons tag reader, I cant seem to find the answer online for how to fix it. Keeps telling me to connect to the internet after I have downloaded all the books I just bought for xmas.

we had the same thing happen. Call Leap tech support they will replace. Their tech support is not great and not in on the weekends. But they will replace it.
