Hi.It sounds like the internal workings are blocked. It's a GOOD idea to occasionaly put the machine through a hot wash cycle, as hot a program as it has. Using the cooler wash programs is good but it does lead up to a build up of Body Fats (Ugh!) and a good really hot wash occasionally will flush and prevent this build up in the machine's internal workings and prevent a very expensive call-out charge.
