The printer c43sx cartridge aren't moving properly bothside tell me how can i slove this problem

my printer is epson stylus c43sx, when i turned it on, both lights green and red are blinking... no error message displays at the monitor. i change all the cartridges still the same... any help please... thanks.

If you try to print and it say "end of service life ........thing" . You have to reset the printer counter to 0 count.
Use a third party software for this, key in in your web search bar " epson reset software" the upper most link is the one, try to read the procedure.
