Sir/mam
Did someone leave a trash can or boxes under the output trays? To solve this problem requires removal of the rear cover of the finisher. Then remove the elevation drive motor assemble. Be careful don't want the output trays to fall!!!!!! Then while placing them in their proper position re seat the drive assy. The top tray should be just below the orange rollers (If they are cleaned) you will see several actuators the top tray has to just touch them.

Most likely you received this message after a toner was replaced. Reseat the cartridge and restart the printer. If that doesn't work remove all of the toner cartridges manually and reinstall.
Turn off the printer and open the top cover. Follow the toner cartridge all the way to the right side of the printer (on the white part). You should see a hole that looks like a cross. Take a pen or key and push down on the black button in that hole. While you are holding it down rotate the toner cartridge towards you. You want to get the colored roller on the cartridge about 1/2in away from the metal bar that says "consumable reorder". You should be in a position to take out the toner. Let go of the hole and remove the cartridge. Repeat the steps until all of the cartridges have been removed.
Turn the printer back on at this point. You are going to get toner not installed messages on the printer. Open the top cover and the cyan tray will be in place. Shake the toner and install. Close the cover and let it cycle to the next color (black). Repeat the process until all cartridges are installed.
If you are still getting the error you either have a bad cartridge or the carousel that the toners sit in is damaged.

I have a Konica Minolta CSPRO EP1054 (in the Middle East)
I accidentally plugged the EP1054 copier into a 110V outlet instead of
the 220V. Immediately the malfunction code (error code) of "C05"
appeared along with the "Call Tec Rep" indicator light (wrench).
I followed the instructions posted by "Soul Visitor" ... i.e., I found
the "Trouble Reset Switch" (not shown in the user manual) by opening
the upper back panel and pressing the small black button in the lower
right hand corner of the middle circuit board (green).
It worked perfectly!
