Question about Fisher and Paykel DG05 Gas Dryer
I have a Fisher Paykel DG05 gas dryer. It is making a moderate to loud sqeaking noise when the drum is turning. I can turn it by hand, no squeak. The noise cycles as the drum turns, loudest at one point then again at each turn. Everything else is working. Not sure how to open it up to look inside- top or back. Is the top held with clips, I tried to pry it with a screwdriver but I didn't want to break anything.
Sounds like you need to adjust the motor that turns the drum to tighten the drive belt..... you do this from the back or bottom...
