Yuo can call sony to order them just pay the shipping on them as I did when mine got cracked, all you have to do is provide the model and serial number and they will send you out new disks, Thanks and have a good day

try pressing the F10 key when you turn on your laptop and see if that brings you into the factory system restore.
If you can't restore it like that then you can get the recovery disks from sony from this page:
http://servicesales.sel.sony.com/ecom/accessories/web/productSearch.do?searchOperation=partSearch&searchText=Y8315878A
