Question about HP PSC 2210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Parents had this printer for a long time and it worked beautifully. Now it has a problem when printing. After printing 3 or 4 pages it will shut itself down. It has to be unplugged, set for a minute, then plugged back in. It does not pick up were it left off but has to restart, or I have to set the printer options to start were it stopped. Is this the actuall supply, the adapter, or is there a fan that is makin it overheat? If you know the problem were do I go to get the proper parts?
Try to check the voltage output of the power supply adapter,.if it has a enough voltage to run the printer,,using the voltmeter..the meter should read atleast 30 Volts or nearest ..and a current of 1.7 amp..
if not the supply
its a firmware issue..of the printer,,
you need to flash with its compatible firmware..
thanks for using FIXYA.
