My3 mothercare pram cant get front wheel to release - not sure what wrong or where stuck??? release hinge seems to be moving in and out but cant get wheel to releaee

there is a web site www.buggypitstop.co.uk who repair and clean buggies including the Jane twin thay also send out spare parts
