Problem for Goodman GMS90703BXA Heater
Cool turned down to 65 and it is still 81 in the house
Goodman heat pump one year old. It sounds like the fan is running but maybe not the compressor. It is blowing cool air but not cold.

to see if the compressor is running feel your line set the liquid line
(small line) should feel like there is fluid flowing though it, you can also disconnect the o/d fan briefly if you want to be certain the compressor is running, it best however to get a meter and amp clap to do a proper diagnosis, you are limited to your tools as well as your knowledge, call an NATE certified professional.
