Question about Jandy Aqualink Rs4 One Touch Control System Control System
I have a Jandy Aqualink RS4. My spa was drained by the pump system and won't refill. For some reason when I turn on the spillway between the pool, turn on the spa, or just turn on the filter pump - water is sucked out the bottom faster than it is pumped in through the jets. Please help!!!

Go through your menu again and reset. These have defaults that may be causing the trouble if the power went out or your battery backup is old. Check this and let me know and we can look further. Your menu should help to walk you through problems, it is very user friendly. Hope this helps, let me know.

the only thing you can do since the jandy does not have a "winter" mode is switch the valves off. Once you have the valves in spa mode, there should be a toggle switch on the valve actuators. You can set the switches to the middle position and that will lock them in that position. You will probably have to re-winterize the pool lines.
