Rc65 direct tv remote won't work tv - Directv RC32RFK Remote Control

Cant connect RC65 to Samsung 46" LED TV or Panasonic Blue Ray. Have followed instructions and tried all codes. no luck :(

TV model is: UN46B6000
Blue Ray is: BDP-120
