Question about Logitech G5 (9313760403) Mouse
I cannot run the Setpoint software for this mouse because my computer has windows vista and the mouse software does not support Vista. Is there a patch or update I can down load to fix this?
Try booting into the BIOS (F8) and see if the mouse or HID is disabled. (mine was.)
I could not get my Microsoft wireless USB optical mouse to work after trying all the tricks in MS KB articles until I found this and enabled it, restarted and voila.
It works now!
