How do I get my motorola gleam phone to answer by opening the flip

To Enable Answer/End Call by flipping open / close the lid you have to enable it in the phone menus. Surprisingly it's not in settings ( where it used to be on older Motorola phones).

Key presses:

  • Menu
  • Select Call center(top left)
  • Call settings (2)
  • Advanced Settings (5)
  • Answer mode (7)
  • Select Cover Answer

Nokia N70 I have forgeten my phone password. I want to know how to open it without password (if it is possible without computre). Please answer.

Go to any Nokia Service Centre or Retailer Store ( Nokia ones ) and they will reset for you. Alternatively, you can call your service provider to provide you a PUK code after you failed 3 attempts consecutively.

Phone doesn't answer when flipped open

Hi

The phone did not answer when flip up because you did not activate it.

To activate go to call, go to answer by flip and click yes.
Any time a call come in and you flip it will answer.

Answer LG without flipping it open.

By default, it's set to "any key" which means when you press any key on the keypad, calls will be received. If it's then go to call settings and set the answer options to "any key" and save the settings.
Good luck.
Thanks for using FixYa.

I dropped my nokia 6131. now the mini display is not working: it's upside down and not showing caller id. + the flip is not answering the all when opened

one of the problems with the flip phones is they are very easily broken at the hinges. try taking out the battery and then restarting it. there are several very tiny wires that go through the hinges, and if one of them is broken, not much you can do unless you are very good with cells. only a shop could fix, unless you have insurance on your phone. if not...... new phone.....argggg
