Question about Motorola Mobility H500 Wireless Headset
My H500 has intermittent problems. It often disconnects by itself. Also, usually the first time I connect, it is muted....I can hear them but they cannot hear me. I disconnect and reconnect, and then they can hear me. If I terminate that call, and then make or receive a next call, the next call is muted again! I took it to Verizon where it was purchased and they gave me a new one, which does exactly the same thing!!! I am using it with an LG8300 phone. They said there were no compatibilty problems that they were aware of. Is there a way to Unmute? - Steve
