I love this printer and I know its old but, I want to get this fixed if possible. The error message apparently has to do with the simms - instructions say that I should remove the non-hp simms and then turn off printer, turn it on again and if error appears again, to record the numbers included in the error msg and call my dealer. Do you have any suggestions. I live in Toronto Canada and will likely need to get some parts. I am not a geek so I am lost as to how to remove the simms and determine if in fact this is the problem.
